The Hungry Got Me

It's the end of day two of week two and I can't say that I had a successful day.

My weigh in this morning was fantastic...down 5 pounds! Wahoo! I attended a complimentary Urban Rebounding workout with Rachael! Excellent! Sure, that part was not too shabby, but it was the rest of the day to follow. Last weeks strict food list may have lead me to hazy afternoons, headaches, and irritability, but it was certainly a lot easier to wrap my brain around. Just after adding a few things back in, my bloat is back. (I tell ya, I was THRILLED to be without it for a week!) It was an insanely busy day and I'm feeling a little disappointed in myself after such a strong week prior to this one. I followed last week's plan to the letter! Even after the approval of a Valentine's Day Cheat Meal, all I had was a banana, two sips of Diet Coke, and ONE french fry. I didn't cheat today. However, adding dairy and some other items back in has made me feel like I'm misbehaving. My stomach and my taste buds certainly battle it out!

Off to sleep, tomorrow is a new day.
